You are buying the right to use and hold a specific telephone number, transferred to a telephone or VoIP service of your choosing. You are not buying a telephone line, calling service, handset or hosted phone system, and no call charges are included.

Each number is unique and is sold once. Placing an order removes the number from sale immediately so it cannot be sold to anyone else. If we cannot complete a sale, any amount paid for that number is returned in full.

Prices shown are for the number itself and include VAT. No VAT is added on top of the listed price. The VAT contained in the price is shown on the payment page and on your invoice.

Transfer of a number to your chosen provider is subject to provider compatibility and successful completion of the relevant transfer process. We will tell you honestly if a particular provider or configuration is unlikely to work before you commit.

Memorability ratings and tier labels are our own editorial assessment of digit patterns. They are guidance to help you compare numbers and are not a valuation, guarantee of commercial performance or financial advice.

We are responsible for supplying the number as described. We are not responsible for the performance of your telephone provider, for call routing or for business losses arising from how you advertise or use a number. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
