Your name, business name, email address, phone number and billing address when you order. For a transfer we also need the account holder name, service address and account reference held by your provider. Enquiry and sourcing forms collect only what you type into them.

To reply to enquiries, to process an order, to arrange a number transfer with the providers involved, to meet accounting obligations and to keep records of sales.

Contract: to process an order you place and arrange the transfer of the number.

Legal obligation: to keep sales, tax and accounting records.

Legitimate interests: to reply to enquiries and requests you send us, to protect the site and its forms from abuse, and to understand which numbers and areas people look for.

Consent: only where you tick a box to hear from us about suitable numbers. You can withdraw it at any time.

Only where necessary, with these categories of recipient: the telephone providers involved in a transfer; our payment provider, Stripe, which processes card and invoice payments; the companies that host this website and its database; the service we use to send order and transfer emails; and our accountants.

We do not sell your information to anyone. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are not seen or stored by us.

To stop abuse we keep short-lived counters of how often forms and order lookups are used. These are stored as one-way scrambled codes, not as your IP address or email address. We also see basic visit counts, such as the number of pages viewed.

We record what people search for on this site, without names or contact details, so we know which numbers and areas to source next.

Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period after. Sales records are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to or ask us to restrict its use, and ask to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email us at info@niphonenumbers.com and we will deal with it.
