Choose your number
Search by number, range, digit pattern or town. Every listing shows its status, so you always know whether it is available, reserved or already sold.

Order it at the listed price
You confirm the price shown on the listing, which includes VAT. Your line rental or call plan stays with whichever provider you use.

Tell us where it is going
After purchase you give us the provider and account the number should be set up on or transferred to, along with a contact for any queries.

We coordinate the transfer
We coordinate the transfer or activation with the relevant providers and keep you updated. Timescales are set by the providers involved; we tell you what we know for your case.

Start advertising it
Once your provider confirms the number is live on your service, put it everywhere: vans, shopfronts, shirts, invoices and adverts.
A word on transfers
Moving a number between providers depends on the systems involved. Some providers place conditions on transfers or take longer than others, and compatibility, service setup, call charges, line rental and timescales are all confirmed by the receiving provider. Check with your chosen provider before you buy; transfer remains subject to provider compatibility and successful completion of the relevant process.

What exactly am I buying?
A specific listed 028 number, sold for the one stated VAT-inclusive price on its page. You are not buying a phone service from us: calls, line rental and service features come from the provider you choose.
Do I need a phone service already?
You need a provider able to accept the number, whether that is an existing account or a new one you set up. Confirm with the provider that it can accept the number before you purchase.
Is the price really the final price?
The listed price is the full price for the number and includes VAT; nothing is added at payment. Your provider's own charges for service, calls or line rental are separate and are billed by them.
How quickly can I use the number?
That depends on your provider's process and any checks it applies, so we cannot promise a date. We coordinate our side promptly and keep you updated; the receiving provider confirms when the number is live.
