Refunds and cancellations
A number is a unique item, so the position is straightforward. This page explains when a refund applies and how it is paid.

If we cannot deliver the number
If a transfer cannot be completed for any reason on our side, or the number turns out to be unavailable, you receive a full refund of everything paid for that number.
Before the transfer starts
If you change your mind before we begin the transfer process with the providers, email info@niphonenumbers.com and we will cancel and refund the purchase.
Once the transfer is under way
Once the number has been transferred to your provider the sale is treated as complete. At that point a refund is not available, in the same way as any other transferred asset.
Provider compatibility
If your provider will not accept a geographic 028 number, tell us before ordering and we will check. If we only find out afterwards, you are refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account used to pay. Once we issue a refund, our payment provider Stripe states it usually reaches the customer in 5 to 10 business days, but the exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.
